Great Fun But Poor Durability Plague Soccer Disk
This was conceptually a great toy received as a gift by my 13 year old about three months ago and it sat in a toy shelf unopened all that time until the other day. He and his friends discovered it again, decided it looked like fun and set it up with batteries. They started gently kicking it between themselves on our neighbors expansive sports court (I say gently because I watched the fun and they certainly were not using enough force that it should have caused any damage), but within 3-4 minutes they noticed it showed signs of stress cracks already and a small pieced had chipped out of the bottom of the black plastic frame. Within another minute one kick from one of the boys shattered it into pieces.
Because this was purchased over three months ago as a gift and we have no gift receipt, I will not bother to try to return this poor quality toy, but we believe it is important for others to be aware of what they are getting into when spending hard earned money on this. I'm...

Not durable
This battery powered disk was a replacement for one with a charger which was of much higher quality. The rubber bumper around the edges came off after first use. Very disappointed.
Cool Concept
My 4 and 8 year old loved it! I also gave it to their elementary school PE teacher and her 4 grade class loved it. The major issue that I see is that the foam on the outside of the disc is tearing. The plastic and the fan have held up so far (about 3 hours of use).
