I am loving this ball. As a beginner bowling in my first league, it boosts my confidence and people comment on it all the time. I have a sore elbow sometimes so I got an 8lb ball- I wouldn't recommend that except for children. Even ladies should get a 10lb ball or more. Or you'll have your ball bounce back off the pins!
