Great Christmas Gift
I ordered this for my Sister in Law. The company graciously sent a 2 ball roller bag. Although that would have been awesome, she had specifically requested a single ball roller. I emailed the company, (with only a week till Christmas) and explained the situation. Without waiting for me to return the original, they shipped the single ball bag. I received it only a few days later (just in time) and returned the double bag shortly after Christmas. I was so impressed with their customer service, I had to include it in the product review. That said, the bag is VERY well made, nice looking, was a great price and my SIL uses it weekly. Highly recommended!
